Currently as Vice President and Innkeeper of The Old Tavern at Grafton in Grafton Vermont. This forty-six room historic property is the cornerstone of this small New England community and is owned and operated by The Windham Foundation. The Windham Foundation is Vermont’s largest non-profit foundation and they own several for profit businesses including the Grafton Village Cheese Company. The Old Tavern at Grafton is located in Southern Vermont, north of Brattleboro. The property is a member of the prestigious Small Luxury Hotels of the World and has been featured in such major publications such as Gourmet, Conte Neste, Andrew Harper's Hideaway report and Travel & Leisure. The Tavern features a Four Diamond, 100-seat restaurant and is recognized as one of the premier properties in New England. Kevin O’Donnell is married with two children, a native of Canton, Ma. He has a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York and an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts from SUNY Cobleskill Agricultural and Technical College. Married to wife Roberta, two daughters Gage and Kaitlin, both attending the University of Vermont.
