Summary: Vice President. Morgan Stanley - I currently manage a team responsible for structuring and modeling strategic securitizations for primary issuance, secondary trading and analysis of aircraft leasing deals, student loan transactions (FFELP, consolidated, and private loans) utility stranded costs financings, and deals involving other esoteric securitized assets. I work extensively with institutional investors, wrap providers, issuers and rating agencies in completing transactions, including optimization of every aspect of debt financing and credit enhancement as well as residual valuation and yield analysis. My desk provides quantitative and analytical support to facilitate deal marketing in conjunction with the capital market coverage business as well as solidifying investment banking relationships. MBA, Class of 2004, Harvard Business School. Completed a double masters degree program (Applied Statistics and Industrial Relations) at Oxford in 1996 as a Marshall Scholar. A graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, Class of 1994. Served the nation as a Captain in the US Army.
