Sixteen years of experience in the apparel / fashion industry, being responsible for the areas of product, sales, communication, product and brand licensing and distribution franchise. Implementation and management of 150 points of sales in more than 100 shopping malls, having deployed 52 franchisees in Brazil and abroad in 1989. Fifteen year experience in the Information Technology Industry, performing negotiations with emphasis in the telecommunication area and project management involving inter-municipal, inter-state and international voice, data and image networks also acting in the hardware, software and electronic commerce as well as outsourcing. Experience in general management, financial and corporate restructuring, and feasibility analysis of projects, mergers, acquisitions and funding.
