2006 - 2008
Redesigned the entire philosophy of the pre-owned sales unit, expanding into acquisition of specialty and luxury vehicles by aggressive purchasing and marketing. Handled all purchasing and defined the product mix.
• Established an Internet presence for the company and managed a total advertising budget exceeding $600,000, reaching customers nationwide as well as in the greater Dallas and Oklahoma markets.
• Actively managed a $3 million inventory and revolving line of credit to drive annual sales of $18 million.
• Earned the dealership a reputation for ability to seek out and acquire special-order vehicles, resulting in orders from customers throughout North America.
• Recruited and motivated a talented and effective sales and management team that built sales from 17 units a month to more than 90 units per month.
• Grew business to become the largest pre-owned dealership by volume in a three-county area.
2004 - 2006
Directed all division operations and established a comprehensive sales process that included marketing, sales, credit approval, closing, follow-up, and customer retention. Successfully revitalized the franchise image by revamping the advertising and production of printed promotions.
• Developed continuing relationships with local and regional professional organizations, securing endorsements through a variety of marketing and incentive programs.
• Key association endorsements included the Harris County, Tarrant County, and Dallas County Medical Societies.
• Hosted special events designed to foster enhanced relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Lead the division to the highest gross profit per transaction of any D&M Division.
2003 - 2004
Enhanced the Internet sales division of a dealership, quickly becoming the dealership’s leading sales representative. Successfully expanded the firm’s Internet presence.
• Achieved personal sales of 20 vehicles per month with the highest margin in the dealership and a customer satisfaction rating of 100%.
