Responsible for coaching, consulting, empowering and guiding the activities of a team of Purchasing Associates in order to maximize financial goals and achieve purchasing objectives. Managing inventory purchases from company portfolio. Conducting associates performance appraisal using KPIs : Fill Rate, Excess and Obsolescence ratio, Days of Inventory Outstanding ratio. Managing the process workflow. Responsible to conduct Process Improvement at Purchase and Customer Service. Interfacing with Finance, Sales,Product Management and IT. Managing the activities of Customer Service department, in order to provide the adequate service level to the Customers.
