Holly Schepisi

Ms. Schepisi is the founder of the law firm Law Firm of Holly T. Schepisi, LLC, where she practices governmental law, corporate law, land use and structured finance. Ms. Schepisi is currently the Township Attorney for the Township of River Vale, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey (2007 – present) where she also resides. Ms. Schepisi is an organizer and director of America First Bank, in organization, which will be located in Brick, NJ, a former an advisory board member of Interchange Bank, and a former advisory board member of BridgeView Bank. Ms. Schepisi is a partner in and general counsel to Aegis Capital Group, LLC, a New York based private equity fund. She is also a principal of and a member of the Investment Review Committees of Aegis Texas Venture Fund, LP, Aegis Texas Venture Fund II, LP and Aegis NY Venture Fund, LP, which are participants in the Texas CAPCO program and the New York CAPCO program, state sponsored initiatives designed to encourage insurance companies to write business and participate in early stage investing for job creation in Texas and New York, respectively. Ms. Schepisi is also currently involved with several entertainment related funds, including film funds, specializing in structuring, debt negotiations, and private equity raises. Ms. Schepisi is also a principal in several real estate investment companies. Ms. Schepisi received her B.A. with High Honors from The Catholic University of America and her Juris Doctor from the Fordham University School of Law where she was a finalist for the Mehrige National Environmental Negotiation Competition and the I. Maurice Wormser Corporate Moot Court Competition. She holds bar admissions in New Jersey and New York. Ms. Schepisi is a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey State and New York State Bar Associations.
