I work with companies in the hotel and travel industry who are not satisfied with their information technology. We make technology work - freeing hotel employees of manual tasks involved in data processing, giving them more time to cater to their guests. Our customers range from individual hotels to large international hotel groups like Marriott Inc. We help them analyze their needs and find the ideal solution that also fits their budget, be it a complex PMS system or a simpler solution. We also help to plan and manage the implementation process and provide support even after a project has been finished. A former employee in the hotel industry of many years, I understand the challenges our customers face everyday, having literally "walked in their shoes".
