Willy Lim is the founder of NetProfitQuest.
He was a Singapore Government Public Service Commission Scholar, graduated from National University of Singapore with a Masters Degree in Computer Science, and was working in the defense industry as a project engineer. Despite his high salary and excellent employment benefits, he aspired to be an entrepreneur and strike out on his own.
Shortly after the dot-com bust in 2001, he started his own direct marketing training business in the midst of a recession. He made a bold decision to break his bond, repaid the Singapore government S$30,000 in liquidated damages and committed to his business full-time.
He started his training business in Singapore and rapidly expanded to Malaysia in 2002. In 2003, Willy Lim ventured into Xiamen, FuJian Province of China, and has since trained more than 10,000 sales representatives for a New York Stock Exchange public listed company in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
Being a Certified Professional Trainer from the International Professional Managers Association UK, he has also designed the Cashflow Training based on Robert Kiyosaki’s Cashflow game to educate the public on the importance of financial literacy and building a passive income stream for themselves. His Cashflow Training was well sought after and he had trained hundreds of people in Singapore, Malaysia and China. In fact, his Cashflow Training was so successful that he was interviewed by the Malaysian press in June 2007.
With his 7 years experience as a full-time professional direct marketer, he founded NetProfitQuest and now spend most of his time assisting SMEs, small business owners and self-employed professionals, to increase their net profits by leveraging on a Social Media driven Marketing Funnel, to attract new clients and to build a database of loyal customers, without incurring huge marketing expenses.
