I continue to labor as a Mortgage Professional and have been invloved in helping folks attain the property of their dreams over the last 14 years. My experience goes back to my early 20's when I got into the real estate industry as an escrow assistant at age 20 in Seattle WA at Pioneer National Title co. on 2nd avenue. I then worked for Western States Mortgage Company as a processor and consultant that assisted a very productive originator in obtaining business from local realtors. My grandmother and Father owned their own Real Estate Company from the time I was 6 yrs. old in the Kent Valley, called Valley Properties. I grew up involved in Real Estate. In 1993 I became a realtor in Yakima WA. Then in 1996 after 17 yrs. in Eastern WA raising a family, I relocated to Vancouver WA where I sold advertising for the For Sale By Owner and Builder's magazine for 8 years in Portland OR. Then in 2004 I became a licensed loan Originator in WA and Oregon and several other states dealing in the wholesale brokering business. In early 2008 I switched companies and became Correspondent Banker status with a big company out of Tukwila WA named Axia Financial. In 2009, after the death of my late son Bo Hepler Jr, age 25 (in January 2009); I decided to move my license to an exciting company called Creekside Mortgage, Inc. with FULL FHA and VA capabilities in order to benefit more clients. I continue to originate home loans all over WA and Oregon and specialize in residential; conforming / conventional lending, the zero down VA loan; 3.5% down FHA loan; as well as Jumbo loans for the higher priced properties. I am able to do some commercial and re-hab/construction lending as well. I have access to excellent rates and programs; and am able to close VA IRRRL streamline refinances and FHA streamline loans very quickly. At Creekside we specialize in government loans and that also includes my specialty of VA and FHA/Reverse mortgages (Reverse purchase as well as refinance reverse loans for seniors over 62 years of age.) This NEW program for home owner relief came out Dec. 14, 2010; and I am able to help more people than ever better their financial situation in 2011. Many brokers and bankers do not even know this program exists to help people. Additionally, I have the ability to originatte the Homepath home purchase loan with 3 to 5% down and no monthly m.i. for purchasers in OR AND WA looking to buy a Fannie Mae Homepath home and pay no appraisal fee. If you are wanting a deal, I can help folks with the FHA 203K rehab loan that is beneficial when fixing up a foreclosed upon or shortsale home you are buying from the bank. Many times the banks will pay your closing costs and this loan is good for fix-its up to $30K approx. when no sturctural changes are being made, but good for a new roof and some energy efficient upgrades, etc. Have your realtor call me for a quick power point presentation. For jumbo purchases I can help you buy a home above the conforming loan limit of $417K and go over a $500K loan amount if you can put 10% down and want 1 loan with no mortgage insurance. This loan works for Jumbo refinances too; There are some delightful Million dollar homes going for HALF THAT in OR and WA that are a good buy in 2011; probably the best buy you are going to see before this market bottoms out this summer and before the rates really start to go up. These jumbo programs offer 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20 and 30 year loan terms and some 5 year fixed interest only programs. Ask me how to finance that dream home this year.
