Helen joined Neumann International AG in January 2005 as a Principal based in the Düsseldorf office. She has spent the past 21 years of her career in Executive Search in Germany and has previously worked for Heidrick & Struggles, Amrop Mülder & Partner and Egon Zehnder in Munich and Düsseldorf. Helen focuses on serving clients in the areas of financial services, real estate, industry and business-to-business services. She has successfully completed several hundred searches at top management level including positions such as CEOs, General Managers, CFOs, Sales and Marketing Managers, as well as searches for more specialised functions such as real estate asset management, investment and acquisition professionals. Additionally, she supports multinational clients on international searches across all functions. Before she began her career in Executive Search, Helen worked for four years in international banking and two years in the high sector in Frankfurt and Munich. Born and raised in England, Helen speaks fluent English and German. Helen completed a Bachelor of Science honours degree in "Human Communication" (Psychology and German) at the University of Aston in Birmingham before relocating to Germany in 1982.
