After spending 25 years in the business/IT world as a programmer/systems analyst/business analyst/consultant I finally came to my senses and made a change. Now I regard myself as an artist and get immense satisfaction from seeing the expression of joy and pleasure on someone's face when I; restore their ceramic or resin cast object which was broken and is now whole again. Or when they see the piece of wearable art (also known as jewelry) which I have crafted in fine silver (precious metal clay), chain maille, polymer clay or a combination of them all. Or when I coach them on the archery range and they hit the gold for the first time. The great part is I get paid to make people happy, how fantastic is that?
