Jim Kenzig is the Network Manager for Cuyahoga County Public Library, one of the largest and busiest library systems in the USA, where he is responsible for the administration, security, maintenance and configuration of software, servers, printers, switches, routers and other network equipment on a large-scale Windows 2000/2003/2008 and Terminal Server/Citrix Presentation Server WAN. Jim created and founded one of the most famous Server based computing sites The Thin.net and moderates the THIN discussion List, one of the premiere discussion lists on the Internet about Microsoft Terminal Services and Server Based Computing Technologies. Jim is a VIP for the Provision Networks Framework. Jim is a Citrix Technology Professional and participates in the Citrix Voice of the Customer program. Jim is also on the board of Trustees for the Ohio Public Library Information Network. OPLIN is responsible for managing the network connectivity in all of Ohio’s libraries. Jim has over 28 years of computer experience with Microsoft Products, and over 12 years of experience with Windows Terminal Server, and Citrix Products.
