Current Chairman of Moonshoot and English language Education site, from 1997-2005 CEO and COB of LeapFrog, currently also Vice Chairman of Leapfrog. From 1996-2006 CEO of Knowledge Universe (Leapfrog was a KU Company), which was a company dedicated to starting or investing in companies that improved Human capital through applying technology to educating people of all ages. There were 36 different companies as part of KU, some public: LF, K-12, LRN, Spring plc.; many private: Knowledge Beginings, TEC, Vistage, PPI, etc. From 1990-1996 CEO of Sega of America, a video game company. From 1987-1990 CEO of Universal Matchbox. From 1984-1987 President and C0-CEO of Mattel Inc.
