Professional Summary

Over the past three years I have focused my efforts on developing, leasing and selling several million square feet of industrial and office space ranging from small condos to large multi-tenant and single tenant industrial distribution buildings in the Inland Empire . I was also part of the team that built the town of Rancho Santa Margarita, CA (over 10 years), two privately funded and operated prisons and several Extended Stay hotels. I did five-year stint developing and selling an innovative Internet based outcomes accountability system for tax funded community programs (www.csando.com) and a year and a half of business development with Buy.com. I do motivational speaking based upon my experiences as an Olympic gold medalist in swimming at the 1976 Olympics. Today I use these experiences to guide others on how to achieve their goals and dreams as I work as an affiliate of The Pacific Institute (http://www.thepacificinstitute.com/v2/).

Let me know if I can help you with your project!
