Over the last eleven years I have seen a lot of changes in the real estate industry. I have originated and processed loans and helped many first time home buyers and investors buy homes. I am also well experienced in short sales and the short sale process. As a well-rounded and experienced Realtor (R) I bring to your conscientious services. I became a tutor as I begain working with the Spanish speaking community and realized the gap in their children's education. Many times their English was not sufficient and neither was their Spanish. I have since tutored for a number of years in after school programs and independently helping children learn to read English. I have also created an adult English learning program that I deliver at a Denver Public Library (classes start in mid-August). This program is free for students. I have also helped tutor students at Bridge. I tutor independently and build a customized program for the student to help them achieve.
