Bob is managing principal of The Windsor Group. He began his professional career in 1981 with Ernst & Young in Indianapolis. Bob then spent twelve years in the banking and investment industry. Since leaving the banking business, Bob focused his professional career exclusively in the wealth management industry for the past twelve years. Bob recently joined the national board of directors of National Advisors Trust Company, a $5 billion private trust company located in Overland Park, Kansas. Bob is chairman of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, where he oversees a $28 million annual budget, $20 million in qualified plan assets and $130 million in foundation assets. He serves as trustee for University High School of Indiana and is past-president of the United Methodist Foundation of South Indiana, a $35 million faith-based foundation. He also serves as a non-family trustee of the Lacy Family Foundation. Bob holds memberships in the Financial Planning Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. The Indiana CPA Society awarded Bob with the 2004 Outstanding Public Service Award. The Lacy Leadership Association awarded the 2001 Edna B. Lacy Community Service Award to Bob for his community leadership and contributions in Indianapolis. The Indianapolis Business Journal named Bob to the “40 Under 40” listing in 1998. Ball State University honored Bob as one of its 75 Outstanding Young Alumnus award recipients in 1994. Bob received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ball State University with a double major in accounting and management in 1981.
