Richard DeanDirector, Strategic Partnerships, Geneva Software, Inc Richard currently serves as Director, Strategic Partnerships with Geneva Software, Inc., while also serving as Principal of MarkIntCon. His previous small business assignments include serving as the Director for Virginia Operations with Henggeler Consulting and as Operations and Business Developer with DATA; both IC focused companies. He made the transition to small businesses after several IC assignments with larger SI primes, most recently as a senior Program Manager with BAE Systems/IT (formerly known as Quality Systems Incorporated), where he provided leadership, contract management and technical support to multiple IT projects and staff. After retiring from a fulfilling career with the U.S. Army as an intelligence operations manager, he joined private industry as a system engineer with GE Aerospace, followed by assignments with Martin Marietta and Lockheed Martin before joining BAE Systems. Richard’s experiences in both public and private sectors include over 30 years combined technical experience in systems engineering/integration, project management, computer hardware & software services, network operations, intelligence collection, and training; as well as over 20 years of staff and contract management experience. In addition to current, hands-on knowledge of a wide range of information technology services and intelligence operations, Richard is an active Member and volunteer of The American Small Business Coalition. He is a trusted and respected member of the business community with relevant operational and cultural knowledge of large systems integrators, several government agencies, and small businesses. Along with his personal involvement with Christian businessmen and other professional relationships, he has regular and unfettered access to an active network of qualified small, medium and large companies, active and retired civilian and military officials, and experts from multiple disciplines in the private sector.
