Amy HarrisonAgent, The Whitestone Group I have worked for The Whitestone Group since December 12, 2005. The Owner, John Clark, and I have known each other since I was in high school. Therefore, we are like family. My primary duties in the office vary, but mostly I can say that I do administration work. My duties range from Electronic Investigations, to Alarm and Electronic Division Administration, Employee Licensing for over 100 employees, and State Licensing in over 5 or 6 states and growing. My specialty lies in Databases and I can honestly say that it has assisted in the growth and development of this fast paced company. I have created and maintained databases for Employees, Alarm and Electronic Division, Government Contract Division, Licensing, Florida Office and I am currently working on a database for when employees come and fill out applications........(this one is challenging for me right now because it's HUGE and it will have people from around the world, so the information they input will be greater!!! Besides that, I like to organize!!! If you know me, you know that if I see something, I organize it. It's a habit and a very good one. I can honestly say that I have single handedly re-done almost every single filling system in this office and trust me it's not an easy or quick task. Re-doing filling, I believe is very important because of documentation in the work place is of great importance. It is time-consuming and a work in progress, however, it is the number one reasons this office runs so smoothly!!! My education consists of some college at Columbus State and DeVry. I enjoyed my time at both, but decided to work and have not had a chance to go back and finish my degree. |
