A música sempre foi o centro da minha vida. Comecei a estudar bateria aos 10 anos e fiz parte de muitas bandas; algumas se tornaram bem conhecidas, como o Heróis da Resistência , Hanói-Hanói, e Rio Sound Machine. Na dramaturgia, fui co-autor de vários episódios do seriado Confissões de Adolescente (co-produção Brasil-França), tivemos uma coluna na revista Capricho por 3 anos, e sou co-autor do livro Cara-Metade (que freqüentou o top da lista de mais vendidos da categoria). Como empresáro, administro o fundo Grupo Galli – www.grupogalli.com.br – que nos últimos anos lançou várias empresas de tecnologia como a SmartKids, Katabum, Play Ad Network, Media Rights, 10’Minutos, Xsport, entre outras. ------------------------------ Prior to founding the Galli Group, Edmardo Galli was the General Manager for Latin American operations of Umbro.com (Sportsio), a sports oriented dotcom headquartered in London and managed by Doughty Hanson & Co, one of Europe's largest independent private equity fund managers. Earlier Umbro.com, Edmardo Galli was President of Todosport Brazil Ltda., part of the Todosport Network Inc. - a North American sports oriented dotcom headquartered in Miami - being responsible for the general direction and management of the 60-employee-company based in Sao Paulo. In 1997, Edmardo Galli, together with Martha Bevilacqua and Michel Lent, founded the interactive agency 10'Minutos. The agency became inactive from 1999 until 2002 when it restarted its operations, incubated by the Galli Group Ltd. Prior to the digital market, Galli has achieved a successful artistic career in the entertainment market. As a musician, took part in several popular music groups including two of major pop bands in Brazil - Heróis da Resistência and Hanói-Hanói - achieving gold discs awards and #1 hits on the national charts. In dramaturgy, co-wrote several episodes of the famous TV series "Confissões de Adolescente" - a Franco-Brazilian production created for Bandeirantes TV (Brazil) and TF1, the major broadcast television in France. Galli is also co-author of the book "Cara Metade", which held the bestseller position in its category for several weeks.
