Customer Service & Support Manager, Virtual Media

I have roughly eleven (11) years of professional experience in a sales/technical coordination capacity. I currently have a staff of six (6) engineers that report to me daily. I am responsible for their scheduling, technical calls, training schedules and an array of other various items. I am also in charge on selling technical support contracts to outside clients such as broadcasters, networks, production houses, post production houses, schools, churches, etc.. In addition to that I also sell Engineering and Broadcast Integration which includes weekly progress reports and managing large build outs of facilities from start to finish. I work in conjunction with architects, construction personnel and IT companies to ensure that the client is up and running for there go live date.
