Jeff Thrutchley

VP of New Business and Training Development, Summit Learning Systems

Jeff Thrutchley has held a variety of positions ranging from General Manager, Sales Manager, Director of Human Resources, Director of Benefits and Risk Management and Director of Training throughout the US and Internationally with industry leading companies like John H Harland and ADT Security Services / Tyco and now is a Partner and Vice President of New Business and Training Development with Summit Learning Systems. Regardless of Jeff’s specific job title, he has consistently been “in the business” of developing people. Jeff has the unique distinction of having a very balanced background in both the design and delivery aspects of training with the practical application of running a business. Jeff graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Graceland University in south central Iowa with double majors in Economics and Business Administration. Jeff resides with his wife and their two daughters just outside Atlanta, GA. Jeff is an Eagle Scout, is active in church and as a volunteer with Camp Horizon – serving children of abuse and neglect.
