Falcks International ambulance operations in Sweden, Finland and Poland. During 2006/07 the Ambulance operations were expanded into Slovakia, Norway and Belgium. Budget approximately 580 million DKK, 2600 employees, 450 ambulances.
Falck's Public Health care division (Falck Rehab hospital in Varde, Falck Hjælpemidler A/S Allerød, and the development of health care protection concept for municipalities (Næstved kommune). 150 employees. - The Public Health care division was merged with Falck's private Health care division in Nov. 2005 forming Falck Health Division as a separate business stream hence, no longer attached to my area of responsibilities.
Falck's international Industrial Fire Fighting services. Participated in the early acquisition dialogues with a target in Spain (acquired in 2007) and in a tender in Romania (refinery) that likewise was secured in 2007. - The area of responsibility was transferred into a sub business stream in late 2006 with its own SVP – hence, since then no longer part of my responsibility.
