Inclusion and Diversity Manager, Cisco Systems

I'm currently working as the Inclusion and Diversity Manager for Cisco Finance. I am really excited about the strategies and programs we are developing to enhance our pipeline of innovative candidates to drive more interesting high-performance teams. We are also doing a lot of professional development to improve job rotations and career velocity. My favorite is driving for more formal flexible work arrangement programs to allow all individuals the opportunity to more ideally balance their work with life. I've been invited to be a member of the expert committee at the United Nations on the topics and contribute to their official recommendations. Previously I have worked in Sales Finance roles, Sales Operations, and I was the first reseller program manager at Cisco when they begin their transition from direct to channel sales. I have also held Sales Manager roles for various software companies including Informix (East Coast), Borland (Latin America), Ungermann-Bass (East Coast), and Services Business Development with Varian. We love to travel and a tri-lingual family (Serbo-Croate, Spanish, and the obvious) I enjoy exploring the different neighborhoods in Manhattan and whereever we travel to. I love being outdoors and cross country type jogging. The beaches around around Miami offer great swimming and relaxing. I live both in Florida and New York and travel frequently to California. I have a wonderful family and we are raising two charming and ever so curious little boys. I spend most of my free time with my family and creating adventures for my boys
