I have 23 years experience in Marketing and 11 in Sales along with relevant Academic and professional qualifications and once won a national award for Marketing. I have worked with a range of organisations, but especially SMEs, as Marketer, Director , trainer, mentor and facilitator. I have significant experience of SME level CRM and of lead generation from Website, Direct Mail, Trade press advertising, Exhibiting at trade exhibitions, word of mouth, and distribution via channels as well as delivering training to SME's on customer and marketplace profiling, data-mining and database selection. I have run 'beauty parades' and managed: design agencies, PR agencies, web developers, mail shot and fulfilment houses, printers, gift suppliers, list brokers and providers and worked for a Web site and E-Commerce Testing house.
