Formerly, I was heading a Singapore based Township development group (Buckeye Corp.), which envisaged two world class projects, Viz., Medical City (3500 Acres) and Tamarind Grove Mixed Landuse Executive park (181 Acres.Through Wilbur Smith Associates, I was deputed as project coordinator (Design) for three townships in Dubai (Each Approx. 700 Acres). Recently, I was advising a Cyprus based Real estate fund for its India Centric Development. I have a good understanding of Indian statutory issues and have worked both in the Role of Developer and as Consultant for Infrastructure and Real Estate /Township Development.
