Rafail is an accomplished Executive Manager and now Barrister who seeks to position strategic leadership expertise and experience to champion results across customer relationship management, professional services, business development ,compliance or legal. Multi-lingual, mobile and available for relocation. He is a executive with a solid academic and professional profile that includes being a Certified Management Consultant,Corporate Secretary,Chartered Manager, LL.B and now , an LL.M or Masters in Law in Information, Communications and Technologies Law (LL.M) completed in Dec 2010. He was called to the Bar in England and Wales last Fall(Nov 2011) and is also a Civil and Commercial Mediator. He also holds Fellowships with the Canadian Institute of Management and ICSA Canada where he just wrapped up the Chair role in late May and now provides Board Director support for the Ontario Board.
