Children's Services Case manager at Na Hale O Wainee, in Lahaina.
Develops and implements in-house and community accessed programs for Children and Teens, including child-care and emotional and social and recreational needs of homeless families residing in the resource center. Provides supervision for child care facility workers. Meets with both transitional and emergency resident children weekly in capacity of children's advocate and case management. Assists in strengthening the parent/child relationships through teaching and improving parenting skills, and strengthening family interactions. Meets with individual parents for counseling and faciltates group discussions. Facilitates weekly groups for children and Teen groups.
