Utilizing my experience with teaching English using technology in bilingual programs for the deaf in the United States, I am researching best practices for teaching English as a foreign language to deaf students in non-English speaking countries. Technology as a teaching tool is a big part of my work as well, to help bring classrooms into a newer information rich society.
