The business was acquired from Acal Plc in December 2007 and was previously trading under the name of Headway Technology.

The work extended over the whole product lifecycle, from product definition to maintenance of shipped versions as well as strategic and operative product planning, international business contacts and negotiations with third-party suppliers, representation at international fairs, building and maintenance of product work processes, cross-departmental coordination, corporate internal training, third-party product integration’s, etc.
