I am a respected Senior Engineer, with 13 years of proven, verifiable, highly regarded experience in Computer Electronics, Networking and Field service Management for some of the largest most successful corporations in the world. I have excelled in all of my past positions and set high standards for quality work, customer satisfaction and profitability. In my Career I have managed up to 15 Engineers and participated in all aspects of their training, development and provided technical guidance to them. I have also successfully led large teams as a Project Manager on several occasions. I have worked in large data centers, as well as in small to medium sized campus environments and everything in between. I have extensive service and admin knowledge of Dell, IBM, and HP servers, desktops and laptops. I am also extremely comfortable with managing, installing and troubleshooting Cisco, 3Com Linksys, sonic wall, PIX and other major networking / VoIP equipment. In addition to my extensive I.T. background my most recent position was as a Field Service Engineer supporting advanced electro-mechanical, semiconductor manufacturing equipment throughout the United States and the world. This equipment consisted of several components and encompassed all of my technical skills including, computers, networking, AC/DC circuit analysis, robotics, and mechanical skills. This position required extensive travel (approximately 80%) and found it to be challenging and rewarding. Finally, In my career I have mastered effective communications with all levels of staff and executive management and I am at ease in a board room, customer site or the server room. Summary: I am thankful to everyone who assisted in my resent job search, I have accepted a Position as an IT Engineer with Henry & Horne LLP.
