Customer Service Technician, Cogent Communications

DAY JOB: I've been working with Cisco routers since 2000. I started out in the NOC at Allegiance out in Maryland, then in 2003 moved to my present company where I went from Customer Support, to Service Delivery to my current department, Provisioning. I do project management on off-net circuit installs for customers. I'm wanting to get a good overview/feel for the industry, but I'm just doing it backwards.
