Her years of fostering a client centric philosophy enabled a seamless transition. Norka specializes in Luxury Real Estate, Short Sales and Real Estate Investment. Because of her background she embraces technology along with a personal touch in business. She holds a Loss Mitigation Certification (LMC) in addition to being a Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) and Certified Investor Agent Specialist™ (CIAS). Norka values and nurtures these ongoing relationships while being attentive to her clients’ best interests. She is praised for her “diligence, creativity and work ethics” as well as for her unparalleled “cultural and business sophistication." Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She is fluent in English and Spanish, and a working knowledge of Portuguese. In addition, Norka is an active member of the Global Real Estate Council at the Realtor® Association of Greater Fort Lauderdale.
