Residential, commercial/industrial and investment real estate sales and purchases. He currently counsels agents as their investment real estate broker advisor in an office consisting of 130 real estate agents. He periodically presents investment seminars to the public and to the Federal Government. Fred currently represents national developer companies currently searching for undeveloped land to develop.
His investment background includes running a real estate company that leased up the Heritage Harbor office/retail property to 97% occupancy. Fred was property manager for 200 Clock Tower Place in Carmel – a two-story five-building office complex located near the junction of Highway 1 and Carmel Valley Road in Carmel. He represented developers who successfully secured a lot split to build condos, and an investor who rehabbed both properties for lease. He led a team that developed financial analyses and strategies and negotiated with the seller that later led to the sale of a 172-unit apartment complex in Monterey. He developed a portion of the Ryan Ranch, Monterey’s premier office park. Though the project was not built, he was partner in a group that owned 11 acres on U. S. Highway 101 and secured concept approval by City of Soledad for a shopping center. Fred headed a program to convert large apartment complexes to condominiums in Monterey and Pacific Grove.
