Sports is my passion, Supply Chain Management is my pleasure. I've started my career in sports industry by taking care of several projects like saving employment on a production site with a lean manufacturing project, moving a Western Europe operations set-up to Romania or, based in USA, increasing profitability by implementing weighted margin strategy for footwear business. After 10 years, I’ve joined the marvellous world of food industry with Cereal Partners France. Cereal Partners, a joint venture between General Mills & Nestlé, is producing and distributing "ready to eat cereal" like Fitness or Chocapic across the world, mainly within Europe. Reporting to operations, I'm in charge of Supply Chain management for southwest Europe. Within a team of 50 people, our duties is to deliver the best services to our clients while managing 3 plants at high saturated rate within a fast growing business and with a lot of new projects each year (product andor process): Speed management is our daily stake.
