Stefan Hahn

I did join HP in 1989 as Software Development Engineer. Since then I held various international project management and consulting positions in the software development division ISO. I am the holder of some patents in the area of software architecture. In 1998 I joined HP-OS as Service Delivery Manager in the Operation Services Center Böblingen. I was responsible for delivery for trade customers first focused on ISE, then Germany. From 2002 until 2005 I've been working as Regional Escalation Manager for HP Outsourcing Services EMEA. In this position I was responsible for solving regional and worldwide customer escalations using structured processes to make them a positive experience for HP’s customers. In 2005 I did move on to the position of a large deal Account Delivery Manager. In November 2007 I did move to Technology Services GY, as head of of the Account Delivery Management Corporate Accounts.
