Matthew is a financial and operations professional with 10 years of experience in global pharmaceutical Research and Development. His experiences reflect the enormous advances and challenges that the industry has faced over that timeframe. He actively participated in the build up of genomics technologies following the availability of human genome data at Wyeth; helped move and build Novartis Global Research headquarters in Cambridge, MA; and most recently is working to implement Roche's strategic focus to global Disease Biology Areas. Matthew is a natural leader with strong global experience. Additionally, Matthew has an analytical background having demonstrated these skills both as a data-warehouse consultant and as an internal champion of data driven decision making.
