William Janhonen

William is a LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional, a national member of the U.S. Green Building Council and a member of the Connecticut Green Building Council. As principal of WSJ Enterprises, he provides management and green building consulting to several Metro Area real estate developers and corporations, in addition to handling commercial, residential, and multi-state closings as an independent title closer. Along with his expertise in commercial/residential finance, construction, and property management, William holds broker certifications in New York, Connecticut and North Carolina and is a Certified Instructor in Real Estate and continuing education. A member of HBRA of Fairfield County, he also holds the National Association of Home Builders Certified Green Professional certification.
