I am a finance lawyer having a broad range of experience in all kinds of finance transactions. The core focus of my activities is on infrastructure, renewable energy and on export finance. I have been working, inter alia, on 5 out of 6 German Federal PPP motorway projects, the Austrian tolling project, water projects in the Middle East and in Brazil, on-shore and off-shore wind energy and a telecoms project in Africa. Further specific experience includes finance covered by the international export credit agencies. Other experience includes receivables finance, acquisition finance, property finance, Schuldscheindarlehen (structured and plain vanilla) and non-performing loans.
