Born into a family of Long Island business owners, Amanda Kavner pursued careers in science and media before taking on her entrepreneurial birthright. Applying her scientific training to the business world, Amanda began dissecting business models and launched several successful ventures, including one that helped homeowners avoid foreclosure before the current housing crisis was on most people's radar. As an Assistant Director for the Hudson Valley Region of Business Network International, she was able to focus her analytical skills and creative mind on helping other business owners advance their own success. Fascinated by what makes a business "tick," Amanda specializes in the "behind the scenes" world of business by using her background in science to take complex concepts and create simple systems.
