Emily is an extremely innovative and resourceful professional who has been self employed for over 11 years. A long and successful career in residential mortgage lending has provided her with a wealth of knowledge in regards to entrepreneurship, and making the most of it. She began her career at a mortgage brokerage where she was consistently a top producer. Emily finally succeeded in getting her Dad to come join her in the business. After a few years, they started their own company and proudly owned and operated Innovative Mortgage Solutions for six years. Over the years, Emily has built a strong network of local Realtors and vendors. Her reputation and high level of customer service are most important to her. This is why Emily’s business has consisted of 99% referrals. She has been featured as a guest on a local radio program on 660 KSKY AM, as a Mortgage Industry Specialist, multiple times. Emily’s perseverance and dedication kept her company thriving during one of the worst down markets in the mortgage industry. Her background has afforded her many "intangible" qualifications one can't learn from a book. Qualities such as resourcefulness, insight, adaptability, pride, and common sense are just a few; her strong, honest work ethic makes her shine. Her passion for finding a cure for breast cancer started at the young age of 7. She was in 2nd grade when her Mom, who was 38 at the time, was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her enthusiasm for the cause was reignited five years ago when her Grandmother fought, and survived breast cancer for the second time. During this time, Emily founded a fundraiser that has now become a successful non-profit organization supporting breast cancer charities. Emily truly enjoys her family.
