I lead Organizational Development, Leadership and Management Development, career programs and services, and OD consulting services for UCLA management, and coordinate UCLA participation in UC systemwide programs. I am housed in UCLA 's central Human Resources. I came to the campus as a management consultant specializing in change management, reeingineering, and organizational development. This began in my PhD program at the University of Texas, initially consulting to international airlines in the east and then a migration cross country to California.
