Mr. Moses Lim was born and raised in Singapore, where he is both a trainer and missioner.

As a missioner, he is a preacher and trainer actively engaged in itinerant ministry in churches and Christian groups with special yearning for Bible teaching and leadership development.

Moses is the principal trainer and performance coach for Life Matters, a company set up to serve the Lord in the bi-vocational world of business and ministry. He is also a member of the Management Center of Asia Group; a provider and developer of innovative, high- quality people and process solutions for consultants and business professionals who are working with individuals, teams and organizations. MCA works with researchers from the Daniel Goleman Emotional Research Consortium.

He is the co-developer of Marks of a Champion, a peak performance program incorporating core competencies and emotional intelligence. He is also working with MCA to develop an Emotional Intelligence program with relevance to Asia. He is a certified Behavioral Analyst for DISC profiling and a Facet5 profiler.

Moses Lim is also the co-chairman of the Sports Coalition of Singapore. He is listed as the only Master Coach (Volleyball) with the National Registry of Coaches (SSC) and the sole USA Volleyball Level 3 coach locally. Until 2008, he was involved in the NCAP (Technical) facilitation for volleyball.
