Over the last 10 years I have focused on green building projects and process, building 3 LEED NC Gold projects, the first Gold Multifamily in California, first green roof in the City of San Jose. In addition to projects, I have focused on sustainable process in marketing, business development, and on construction project teams. I have used these skills to help organize and develop structures for groups to accomplish tasks from planning and input, through execution and completion, in settings including USGBC NCC chapter and various business and organizations development. Leadership positions in USGBC NCC, as past President of the Board and Steering Committee, Green Affordable Housing Coalition.
