Cardiac Sonographer, Aihu Independent Consultant, Wellness Coach. I have been a cardiac sonographer for 17 years, but my lifelong passion has been natural health. That passion came into fuition when I joined Aihu. Aihu is chinese for "cherish and protect" and the products and what I do reflect those very words. Women, especially, are not taking time out to truly take care of themselves. We are, like myself, juggling work, life, family and trying to strike a balance. Aihu is about anti-stress, healing skincare and chemical free homekeeping. It is an extension of who I am - natural, organic and eco-friendly. I love to do home retreats (which is free), womens ministries and women empowerment seminars. I also do Stress Busters at the workplace and health fairs. I have a newsletter called "Relaxing Times" which is a quick read with useful, practical information from stress relief to healthy eating. I have teamed up with real estate agents, massage therapists, naturopaths, and dentists to name a few, using the products on patients and giving as gifts to clients.
