I discovered my passion for human resources while working as a Student Placement Officer for Canada Employment Center during my undergraduate degree and had the fortune of getting off to a great start in my career as a front line manager with Royal Bank where I worked for over 4 years as Customer Service Manager. Over my career, I have developed and implemented many management and leadership programs including performance management, leadership development, talent management and change management programs. I introduced change management methodologies at Terasen and Best Buy Canada and was the Change Manager for workforce relocation, technology and process changes as well as cultural changes.
