I graduated from college and worked as a licensed social worker for the elderly. I've worked since 1986 as a licensed Maine real estate broker and am now working in Sun City Center Florida at REMAX Universal Realty. This is a real challenge, starting over again and making all new business contacts and friends. But I love what I do and the people here are so friendly. It seems like everyone here is from the north too! I am a Realtor, currently working for REMAX Universal Realty in Sun City Center, Florida. I moved here in August 2007 and am still part of the Steve Roy Team at Coldwell Banker Plourde Real Estate in Waterville, Maine. I have been married since 1979 to Tim Vachon, a retired Latin teacher. He works as my licensed assistant here in Sun City Center. We live in Valencia Lakes, a new gated community in Wimauma, on the border of Sun City Center. We have two collies, Skye and Carly.
