Sharp is a worldwide hardware player and marketleader for products in the Business 2 Consumer market, like LCD TV's, Plasmaclusters, Airco Systems and BluRay players.
Because of the competitors, Sharp wants to give more value to their customers on their Business 2 Business strategy. Changing from a transactional selling organization, into a consultative selling organization. To achieve this goals, Sharp has to change their mission statements and don't sell only Multi Functional Printers, but combine them with software solutions to increase business value for their customers. Sharp asked me to help building a new sales division and share my expertise.
