Took over the HRMS division in 2001 with the charter to create a new vision and reinvigorate growth. My responsibility included direct oversight of Product Strategy, Product Management, Development, Marketing and Support. There were dedicated Sales and Consulting teams that dotted line into my group. I and my team imagineered and delivered 9 new products in less than 4 years, drove growth above the 20% y/y mark, dramatically improved product quality.
