I am a
HOMEWORKER.

It says it all, Homeworker.

Welcome, and I hope you can learn something from me.

Little bit about myself, the way my friends and family know me, the real Kobus Viljoen.

I was born many years ago in a very small Free state town called Brandfort and I have lived in Pretoria since 1966.
My parents had an Antique shop next to my old primary school and it was in that shop that I learnt from my dad to appreciate the finer things in life, as well as my current trade - I am an antique furniture restorer.

My mother, on the other hand, loves her Tupperware parties, Watkins products and Love&Gala make-up and jewellery meetings .She was an excellent network marketer, doing her presentations, door to door sales, training her down line members and that was her way of creating happiness, more time for us and a multiple income stream.
Some years later, I asked some of my friends the following questions:
· Are you really happy in your current work situation?
· Do you earn enough to support your needs and family?
· Do you spend enough quality time with your family?
· Are you sure about your work and income situation?

The answer was NO !

· 90% of us are not happy with what we are doing for a living, but we just have to do it to survive.
· Many of us don’t earn enough to save for a rainy day or for those unexpected expenses.
· Many of us spend hours a day in heavy traffic to and from work and it will only get worse.
· What will happen with you if you lose your current income, lose your business, and lose your investments?

What did I do to change it?

I have thought about all these major points and I decided that I want to do what I like and be good at it, to be independent, work where and when I want to with no limits and to be at home with my family. In my situation I’m a full time antique furniture restorer, I’m happy with my work, I don’t spend hours in traffic and all my customers are very satisfied with our work. But, with every business, there will be the general business problems like cash flow, not enough customers, high overheads and running costs and also those who will tell you that it will not work.
Another thing that makes me very happy is helping others, sharing my knowledge and seeing that they are also successful and happy in their businesses. Networking was my solution, networking with other restorers in Pretoria, networking with my friends and customers, by telling them about many ways to generate additional income lines, referring the one to the other, even supporting them (emotionally) during their bad times. Networking is not a new thing. 60 - 70 % of American and European companies are doing it very successfully, but only 4-5 % in SA. Look at the success rate of Amway, McDonalds, and Tupperware and in SA – MultiSure, LifeChanger, Passive Incomes and many more legally registered multi-level marketing companies. All these companies have made more millionaires, created more opportunities for the ordinary person like you and me, and with their dynamic systems, support teams – we all can create our own wealth.

This is working for me – this can also work for you!

I’m a happy HOMEWORKER!

Look at my index or even better join me and tell all your friends about it!
