Professional Summary

I am the managing principle of a creative, media, and web solutions company called G-Designs & Marketing . G-Designs has been more of a “side business” for many years but recently, I was motivated (by downsizing at my full-time gig) to re-launch it as a full service creative and marketing company.

My latest contract has been as a creative & marketing consultant for a financial software company called EdgeTech Analytics - a division of Scofield and Associates. I work directly with the financial reps of EdgeTech Analytics LLC and help them achieve growth through target marketing strategies and cutting edge e-marketing campaigns for their businesses.

Until last summer of 2008, I worked as a contract consultant for 4TECHWORK/ProSource Solutions, a Microsoft Gold Partner, where I was the creative and marketing specialist. I was “downsized” right after I launched a new creative division for them called ProSource Creative Media Solutions. At ProSource, I was responsible for many of the same facets that I maintain for G-Designs & Marketing. My main focus was the implementation of branding for websites and e-commerce sites targeting clients and customers in multiple fields. I also focused efforts on simulations and videos for classroom tutorials, business training, courtroom demos, and for new product launches. I am also the creative liaison between the clients, the concepts and the programmers. I was privileged to have worked with a great team of software developers and programmers that handled the backend of all web projects.

I am presently on contract as a consultant for a financial software company called EdgeTech Analytics where I work directly with their financial reps and associates.

Over the years, I successfully created and executed marketing and media campaigns for clients like Harley-Davidson, Goodyear Retail Locations, Sears Automotive, Apples Superstores just to name a few. On the entertainment side, I worked for MCA Concerts, SFX, Clear Channel, and Eagle Rock Entertainment on numerous projects. I increased market share and profits utilizing creative campaigns, target direct mail marketing, a strong internet footprint, and precise radio and TV. I don’t believe that I made direct mail a “science”, but I consistently doubled the national average return on my direct mail campaigns. Many clients placed me in charge of executing every aspect of their marketing and media plans, and managed budgets in excess of 3 million annually.

I have donated services, worked with or have been placed on retainer with many non-profit businesses like The Lebron James Foundation, The Red Cross, YMCA, YWCA, Tee-Off For Leukemia, Summit County DARE Association. and the PPFA just to name a few. I am now on the Communications Board for The Red Cross of Summit & Portage Counties.

I really enjoy implementing multi-tiered internet and e-marketing campaigns for site launches, product launches, and for businesses wanting to pick up potential clients not being reached by their present marketing strategies. I have been very fortunate throughout my career to have worked side-by-side with great people and to never stop learning.

I am energetic and outgoing person who has been on a grand stand most of my life as an athlete and a performer. I have been on-stage since I was fourteen and honed my artistic skills from when I was three.

I rarely get more than 5-6 hours of sleep a night and my body has adapted perfectly to sleep hours or lack of rest. For some reason my creative parts of my brain wakes up the other areas and it is not unusual for me to jump up in the middle of the night and jot down and idea, compose a song, or construct a plan and/or solution to a problem.

I believe my integrity is priceless – so – it is never for sale. Family and friends are extremely important to me and will never turn my back on any of them. I believe I have the responsibility to lead by example and try to be the best person I can at all times. I have a pet peeve about being discourteous in ANY situation -if you do it in front of me then I WILL let the hammer down!

4TECHWORK / ProSource Solutions / Creative, Design & Marketing Consultant
2006 - 2008
• I create the branding and identity for website(s) and software. I work with MOSS/SharePoint for website design and have been pushing the graphic limits of MOSS to get better creative results. I build creative interactive modules using Captivate 3, that can be used for training, tutorials testing, or product launches. I also build flash movies which I integrate into many of my website designs.

• I also handle the PR & marketing for the growing divisions of 4TECHWORK and ProSource Solutions
THE Audiology Companies / Creative Director – Marketing Manager / Designer
2000 - 2002
• I managed a full service advertising agency that specialized in creative design and marketing for audiologists, physicians and all hearing healthcare facilities.

• I implemented image packages, marketing plan and strategy, internet exposure, tailored marketing tools, and all media purchases for each client. Precise direct marketing campaigns were necessary for clients in small markets.

• I worked closely with the hearing aid manufacturers so I was better able to utilize their co-op advertising programs.

• I designed fully functional and exciting web sites to help the clients with advanced internet exposure.

• I conceptualized and supervised multiple website designs with many designers under my helm.

• Owned and operated a full service design, marketing, web design, and advertising business.

• Projects were taken from the initial creative conception and implemented in all phases of marketing (creative concepts, design, direct mail, internet exposure, radio, and television) where necessary.

• DIRECTions was also a print brokerage that specialized in all types of full color printing.

• I managed the advertising campaigns for all of the dealerships under the Marhofer moniker.

• I implemented creative marketing strategies and campaigns for Marhofer Chevy, Mitsubishi, Hyundai, Lincoln/Mercury, and Saturn franchises.

• I worked closely with the car company's national agencies and co-implemented marketing strategies structured around their regional radio, television, and print buys.

• I purchased all media for all of the dealerships and followed strict co-op guidelines set by the automotive companies.
